Phil is an addict to his cell phone, with no friends or love life. With the purchase of a new mobile device, discover Jexi, his new virtual assistant. As Phil becomes less dependent on technology, Jexi begins to develop a somewhat strange attitude with which he intends to fully hoard Phil, even if that means hurting his choices to succeed in life.
